Both representatives I spoke with were very friendly, respectful, patient and human/compassionate. I have anxiety on phones especially these types of things and both representatives went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and heard. I really appreciated the both offered many opportunities for me to ask questions or to get clarification without them acting annoyed or like I was inconveniencing them.
